faq
Is this service safe?
Yes. Aloud.com collects your order information on its secure server. Our secure server software (SSL) encrypts all your information before it is sent to us. This means that unauthorised persons cannot access it and once your order is completed.
Where Are My Tickets?
Tickets are dispatched as soon as they arrive at our ticket office. Unfortunately, exactly when this is is outside our control and the time will vary from event to event. Seventy per cent of promoters don't send in the tickets until a few weeks before the event takes place. However, others have the tickets printed and dispatched in plenty of time. You can keep track of when and what you have ordered by accessing your Ticketmaster account.
If you have any problems regarding tickets purchased prior to

Nottingham

Or call 0115 912 9190 (+44 115 912 9190 from outside the UK)
If you have purchased your tickets since this date and want to know the status of your tickets/access your account, please consult Aloud.com's help page, comprised of help guide information from our ticket providers Ticketmaster and Ticketweb.
The Event's Been Cancelled or Postponed. Do I Get My Money Back?
Unfortunately artists get ill, have accidents, get locked up in prison or there are other unforeseen circumstances, which mean that events may be cancelled or postponed. We will always try to contact you by email or telephone as soon as we are advised by the event promoter of any such cancellation or postponement. When an event is cancelled you're entitled to a refund to the face value of the ticket. Please consult the following to find out what to do in the event of an event cancellation.
If a show has been rescheduled then your ticket will be valid, use them when the new date comes around.
Every concert promoter has differently policies as what is to be done with the tickets and we advise you to consult Aloud.com's help guide, comprised of help guide information from our ticket providers Ticketmaster and Ticketweb.
I'm under 18 years old. Am I allowed to go to concerts sold on your website?
Some events impose an age restriction. If an event is specified on Aloud.com for over 18's only, no refunds will be issued to ticket holders under the age of 18. Aloud.com also recommends checking with the venue in advance.
My Browser Crashed. Did My Ticket Order Go Through?
If your browser crashes at any point before your order is confirmed then your tickets haven't been processed. If it crashes after the confirmation page then there is a chance that your order has been successful. After a successful ticket request, you'll receive an email confirmation entitled 'Ticket Confirmation', which includes your reference number and the ticket details. If you're unsure, please check your Ticketmaster account before reordering your tickets.
Why Do You Charge A Booking Fee In Addition To Ticket Face Value?
It's necessary to add a booking fee to the face value of each ticket to cover our administration costs. This means we can fulfil your order and also offer you the best possible customer service.
Why Does UK Postage Sometimes Cost £4 Instead of 95p?
High value tickets and standing tickets are normally sent by Registered Post (charged at £4). This is to insure that the tickets get to you safely as they cannot be replaced if lost. Seated tickets can be replaced as they have a record of your seat number so these tickets can be reissued.
Do You Send Tickets Outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we do process orders from outside the UK. We can send tickets overseas and there's a £4 international registered postage and package charge. Please ensure that you've left enough time for your tickets to get to you before you leave for the UK.
How Do I Change The Address to Which My Tickets Are Sent?
You can change your billing information including address in your Ticketmaster Account. If the envelopes have been printed or the tickets have been dispatched then it's too late, the tickets will be sent to the original address.
Can You Tell Me When My Favourite Performer is On Tour?
All that we know for sure about forthcoming events is contained in our database. Search by artist on our front page and the results will show you if we have (or had) tickets for sale online. If you can't find your favourite band listed there, it's likely because there are no firm dates for their next tour. An excellent way of staying in touch is to subscribe to our free email news service. Every week we'll send you an email message containing all the latest news from the gig world, including a detailed list of gigs that have gone on sale in the previous week. You can sign up to our newsletter and gig alert services here.
