Conditions of use of the Caravan and Campervan Fields

  • Only vehicles with fitted sleeping and either fitted cooking or washing facilities may use these fields. No other vehicles will be allowed entry under any circumstances.
  • Each person with the vehicle must have a weekend Festival ticket.
  • Details of the parking arrangements in the caravan and campervan fields are subject to further discussion between the Festival, Somerset Fire Service and Mendip District Council. The agreed use of fields and parking layout will be finalised and posted here before tickets go on sale on April 3rd.
  • No vehicles are to be parked in the fire lanes at any time.
  • No trading of any kind is permitted from caravans or campervans.
  • No sound systems are to be operated in the caravan/campervan fields. Anyone found operating such systems may be liable to eviction.
  • Fireworks, generators, glass containers, potential weapons, portable laser equipment including laser pens or any illegal or offensive items are not permitted in this field and will be confiscated.
  • No animals are permitted anywhere at the Festival.
  • Vehicles in this field are liable to search by security staff.
  • All waste-water must be put in the containers provided. It is illegal to pour waste-water onto the ground, into a sump or into a stream. This will be monitored by the Environment Agency. Caravan/campervan ticket holders must use the toilets provided and must not pollute streams or hedges.
  • All litter must be cleared and put into litter bins or recycling bins.
  • Open fires are not permitted. The Somerset Fire Service has however agreed that barbecues can be used in these fields, but they must be at least 3m away from any vehicle.
  • Towing vehicles must remain in the same field as caravans, not parked elsewhere.
  • The fields must be clear by 8.00pm on Monday 27th June. Any remaining vehicles will be removed.
  • On Sunday 26th June, at noon, the one way system which provides access to the campervan fields, will be reversed to allow festival goers to leave the area. Entry to these fields will not be permitted after noon, and if field users want to pick up their caravans on Sunday 26th June, they must be in by noon.
  • Users of these fields must not inconvenience local residents by trying to use the village for access. This will not be permitted. Blue Route is the only access route to these fields.
  • Please respect the Country Code at all times.
  • CCTV will be used at the Festival, both on site and in the environs. Images will be monitored for the purposes of public safety, crowd management and crime prevention. By purchasing a ticket, you implicitly consent to the filming and sound recording of yourselves as part of the audience.

Security staff may evict those that do not adhere to the conditions above, and may also confiscate their festival weekend tickets and any contraband items.
