Terms & Conditions
- No refunds other than the cancellation of show. This ticket is non - transferable.
- Artist line up and billed attractions may be subject to change.
- In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Licensee reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value. Please refer to your Fine Guide (sent out with tickets) for Information on articles that will not be allowed on site.
- Admission is at Ticket Holders own risk. The Licensee will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at this event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.
- Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
- This ticket is only valid when purchased from official agents. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.
- This ticket is only valid for the person detailed on the front of the ticket. Upon entry to the site you will need to validate this ticket with approved photo ID. Approved photo ID includes a photo style driving licence or government approved ID card bearing the 'PASS' hologram. Free ID cards may be obtained from www.citizencard.net/glastonbury/.
- Strictly no trading allowed on Festival Site without the Festival.s consent.
- Wristbands removed from wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced.
- A condition of sale is ticket holders consenting to being filmed and sound recorded for t.v, video, dvd, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the audience or by onsite CCTV.
Information & Notification
- Cars, Caravans and Camper Vans require a separate ticket (Please see Fine Guide Leaflet for Details)
- Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed - any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries.
- Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.
- 4. Please use the toilets and urinals and do not pollute the streams and hedges.
- Please use the litterbins and recycling points provided.
- Vehicle checks will be in operation.
- Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
- No animals are allowed on site.
- 9. Burning of plastics is forbidden.
- To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
- Medical Matters are dealt with by Festival Medical Services this is a separate organisation to Glastonbury Festivals 2005 Ltd, which is not therefore responsible for any problems arising.
