Aloud.com and its publisher, Bauer Performance, is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We only use the information we collect about you with your consent to process your order and to tell you about our services. We will never wilfully disclose personal information about you to any third party other than to process you order without first receiving your permission or unless we are under a legal obligation to do so.
Why We Need To Collect Information From You
When you order tickets from Aloud.com, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order, to notify you of your order status and the whereabouts of your tickets.
We may also use the information we collect about you to notify you from time to time about important new features and changes to the Aloud.com services or special offers we think you may find of interest. If you have asked not to be, we will not contact you to notify you of these services for any other reason unless it is connected with your ticket order.
How Aloud.com Protects Your Personal Details
When you order tickets through Aloud.com, details of your order are entered onto a secure Web server. There, secure server software (SSL) encrypts all the information you provide before it is sent to us. Once your order is completed we delete your credit card details from our servers. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1988, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you've given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We're so strict, that we may even need to ask you to identify yourself when you request information about your order.
The Aloud.com Free Email News Service
The Aloud.com Email News Service is only sent to you if you have expressly requested it. It will not cost you anything to receive. We aim to send you an email news message once a week with live event news and new event dates. Occasionally we may send out more than one a week if there's an important news story or event which we think may be interest to our subscribers. Every email message we send you will contain full instructions on how to cancel the service. You may also cancel this news service at any time by visiting the Email News Web page, or by sending a message to feedback@aloud.com.
Who Else Will We Tell About You?
We will not pass on your personal details to any third party, including site sponsors or advertisers, without your permission. We may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to our third-party partners, but these statistics will not contain any information about you from which you could be identified.
