tips
- Please note that tickets for certain events have age requirements,
if you do not meet these requirements your ticket(s) cannot be refunded.
- Certain events have restrictions on the number of tickets that can
be ordered in a single transaction. Usually you will not be able
to order further tickets using the same credit/debit card that
was used to place your original order.
- At the majority of venues standing tickets allow for front of stage
access, the earlier you arrive at the venue, the greater your
opportunity to be nearer the stage.
- Seated tickets are always sold on a 'best available' i.e. front to
back basis. For larger venues you may be presented with a number
of seating options. The seating blocks that are closest to the
stage will be presented at the top of the list of available seating
areas.

sign up to Aloud's newsletter and gig alert services
- Occasionally tickets will be sold as 'general admission' or 'seating/standing'.
When you purchase such tickets you can decide upon arrival at the
venue whether to sit or stand. However, if certain sections of the
venue are full when you arrive you will be directed to areas in
which capacity is available.
- On Aloud search results pages we have to comply with legislation and
display the face value of the ticket price only. In common with all
other online ticket services a booking fee will also be charged per
ticket. Postage is charged per order, i.e. you pay the same postal
charge for six tickets, as you will for one ticket.
- In order to comply with health and safety legislation standing tickets
cannot be replaced at any time once they have been sent to the
customer. These tickets therefore have to be sent secure delivery
and will incur higher postal charges.

- When booking festival tickets it is usually not possible to purchase
camping tickets separately. You must decide whether you wish to
camp before purchasing your 'with camping' tickets.
- When booking seating tickets in a specified area within the venue such
as 'Dress Circle' or 'Block A' your tickets will be reserved for ONE
minute. If you do not complete your purchase in that time, the
ticket(s) will no longer be available to you.
- When booking standing, general seating, or festival tickets it is
advisable to proceed with and complete your purchase as soon as
possible. At times of high demand, there is a small chance that
the tickets you have been offered will have sold out before you
complete your purchase.
- Upon completion of your order you will see a message on the screen
thanking you for ordering tickets from Aloud.com. It will also
summarise your order including the number of tickets, as well
as the name and date of the event. If you do not see this
information on your screen, it is likely that you won't have
ordered your tickets. If you're uncertain whether you have placed
an order successfully, you can check your Ticketmaster account
and your order history. If you have any further worries concerning
your tickets see
Aloud.com's help page,
comprised of help guide information from our ticket providers
Ticketmaster and Ticketweb.
