Mona is an alternative rock band comprising of Nick Brown, Vince Gard, Zach Lindsey and Jordan Young. They were formed in Ohio and are currently located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Making the best out of limited resources, debut single ‘Listen to Your Love’ was recorded in their basement and released by their own Zion Noiz Recordings on 13 September 2010, followed by second single ‘Trouble On The Way’ which has a bonus B-side titled ‘Brick Shoes’.

Although very new to the scene, Mona has already caused quite a stir with the British press and has built up a huge community of fans. Their debut gig at the Flowerpot in Camden completely sold out, with security having to step in to prevent any more people entering the venue.

The American four-piece have been compared to bands such as Kings of Leon , The Strokes and The Hives, however have their unique sound is very worth going to see so you can make your own mind up! They are about to embark upon an extensive UK tour, beginning in London in May 2011 and ending in Bradford in June, with many dates in between.
