International superstar and Grammy Award®-winning performer Lionel Richie has been announced for a huge, UK exclusive show for 2026.
The Icon will be performing at The Sandringham Estate in Norfolk on Thursday 20th August as part of HeritageLive Festivals’ large-scale outdoor music concerts at the Estate.
Famed for his iconic hits such as ‘All Night Long’, ‘Dancing on the Ceiling’, and ‘Hello’, Lionel Richie’s music is part of the fabric of popular culture, with more than 125 million albums sold
worldwide.
Richie has won an Oscar®, a Golden Globe®, four Grammy Awards®, and in 2022 was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
In 2022 he received the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song by the American Library of Congress, and is the 12th recipient of the prestigious award.
Richie’s further mega-hits such as ‘Endless Love’, ‘Lady’, ‘Truly’, ‘Penny Lover’, ‘Stuck on You’, ‘Say You, Say Me’, as well as his hits with The Commodores including ‘Three Times a Lady’, ‘Still’, and ‘Easy’, have seen him become one of music’s best-loved and most iconic stars. Richie is one of only two solo songwriters who has written eight number one hits that made the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
