Following their recent sold-out European and UK headline tour, which culminated in 2 shows at London’s O2 Brixton Academy, The Vaccines have announced seaside arena dates in May 2012.

Tickets for The Vaccines at the seaside are available now on Aloud.com.

They have also been announced to play next year’s Field Day Festival on June 2nd in London’s Victoria Park.

The band released their debut album What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, in March of this year – the album has gone on to sell 250,000 copies in the U.K. alone.

Currently writing new songs, a handful of which were premiered on their recent tour, the band aim to release their second album at some point in 2012. The Vaccines are: Arni Arnason (bass), Freddie Cowan (guitar / vocals), Pete Robertson (drums) & Justin Young (vocals / guitar).
