
Howard Jones has announced an autumn UK tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of his second studio album ‘Dream into Action.’
Following a sextet of shows in Germany, Howard Jones will kick off his UK tour at Bath Forum on Wednesday 12th November 2025.
The 80s hitmaker than plays Manchester, Sheffield, Birmingham, London, Gateshead and Glasgow before concluding at Leicester De Montfort Hall on Saturday 22nd November.
Originally released on 11th March 1985, Howard Jones’ second album ‘Dream into Action’ charted at Number 2 in the UK and it has sold over 1 million copies in the US. The album boasts the singles ‘Look Mama’, ‘Life in One Day’ and ‘No One is to Blame’ plus ‘Things Can Only Get Better’, which enjoyed a resurgence in popularity in recent years thanks to its usage in Netflix’s Stranger Things.
Alongside tracks from ‘Dream into It’, Jones will play other greatest hits from his distinguished career including ‘New Song’ and ‘What Is Love?’
Enthusing about performing live, Howard Jones says: “This is the best job in the world, playing songs that people love, and hopefully leaving them inspired by the lyrics.
“I’ve always thought my role was that of a cheerleader, as we all struggle with the ups and downs of daily life. We all need a boost when we are trying to put our dreams into action.
“At the end of the day, my job is to put on an amazing show and leave people buzzing with a new energy, ready to deal with whatever life throws our way.”
